30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
